I do not see a reason why they would bring them together.

One is all about DRAM...utilizing the simplest matrix and matching it to a 32bit process. The idea was to utilize DRAM in a conservative fashion.

The other is about Flash emulating DRAM....eliminating it.

IMO..One seems detrimental to the other.
