In LA, our attorney fees will average $5000 for a one day arbitration to include some preliminary prep. Since EDIG didn`t go to arbitration, but used their legal beef to negotiate a settlement, they could have had a contengency deal for a portion of their gains and little or no legal fees or they may have elected to roll the dice and pay the legal time charges.

We probably will not know the answer, but the case is behind them now. That is always a good thing!
