1. The $200,000 settlement was based on 4000 units at $50 profit per unit. That was all they would have ended up with anyway.
2. The 200K included attorney fees which were substantial (close to 6 figures)
Nobody bothered to point out that the above does not compute. If the settlement was based on 4000 units at $50 profit each, then obviously, no additional money was paid for legal fees.
