The concept of an infringer taking a position in the infringed upon company is not without precedent. I believe AMD did so with PTSC, to the tune of several million shares...then they settled. Sounds like a good plan to me.

Maybe someone should ring up Jobs, and suggest now as a good time to start hedging his bet. LOL
