I doubt that would ever happen. 

However, it is not out of the question that DM could negotiate INTEL taking an investment stake as part of a settlement.

Shareholder value would increase both by a dollar award as well as an institutional position taken in the company.

However, currently, EDIG is viewed as a spec of dust.  DM needs to get their attention.
