I agree regarding the 8K process for this type of information rather than issue a PR stating you are restructuring debt.

Although their numbers have improved they are not yet operating in the black and as a result, I don't know how or why anyone is surprised that they had to restructure this note.

They did use some of their operating profits to pay down the note apparently.  And, the loan did help facilitate the growing eVU business.

When DM steps up their efforts and EDIG issues a PR to that effect, restructuring the $450 K will not be worth discussing imo.
