I agree with you, in that I too would like to see more/some communication from the company including ASH meetings. I was just pointing out that one meeting (BOD) is required while the other (ASM) is not. Frankly I wonder if the expense would have been worth it.

As for whether or not they have held BOD meetings, while we have ample reason to critique the company in many areas including communicating with us, we hardly have good reason to indicate they would break the law at any level.
