better still...why would a company like DM come forward to prosecute infringement of such a thing...while fronting the cost?
LL I consider that to be an achievement....you can not measure the monetary effect...but it's there. There is a value involved that we do not have the burden to bear. In the end, a proven value of the tech will pay the tab..... or we go down the tubes.
like you...I can not get excited about the PRs...knowing that everything hings on the above out come.
Once we get a glimpse of what is happening and there's a favorable sign(IMO...That will not happen until the midst of an appeal).....the on going business PRs will look much better no matter how miniscule they might be.
If at the end of an appeal process with an unfavorable outcome...I guess it will be up to DM if we keep going or call it a day.
If they say they will keep going...what will you do?
This is one hell of a toil for investors for sure...and IMO...a much bigger toil for them that run the company.
At the moment there is extreme pressure for all.
