Good news, finally. Looks like TD Ameritrade lifted their limitation on buying EDIG stock. 

After several months, I am again able to place an EDIG buy order, online, via TD Ameritrade, vs going through their broker.

So, like a good citizen, I put in a buy order for another 10k.
