I don't recall any official statement made to that effect. I think they were once pursuing that market and may have mentioned trials at some point, but nothing definite about having sold to anyone - and certainly not in volume. As you would no doubt point out... off the record promises cannot be compared to official statements.

I'm going by what WAS officially stated regarding the timing for the ASM - and there is still time to hit what was a 6 month window when they stated it. I agree that whether or not the meeting occurs (or is at least announced) prior to 3/31 will be a valid positive or negative indicator going forward.
