I gave the 1% figure to give perspective regarding the $20 Billion annual figure....I like your extrapolation whether accurate or not.

I guess it all depends on what DM's target really is...in other words, what their best case scenario is versus an acceptable settlement to expedite the business process.

All we do know is that the $20 Billion figure is not an industry revenue figure but rather the retail number they have assigned to the actual identified infringer list.

Pretty damn impressive for a 12 cent investment risk.
