Judge Ward wouldn't even have an opportunity to be convinced if EDIG didn't have a President that has made impressive efforts for over a year now to get the case before him, backed with an expert legal team and Pat Nunally's due diligence.

EDIG's first management team to make the move to monetize the patent portfolio deserves some respect without the undermining, 20 times a day, by the self appointed agora legal expert, who admittedly has no expertise in this arena.

After all, it's about maximizing shareholder value and I know of no better way than to have the patent portfolio defended.
