New investors don't yet exist because they have no way of knowing what is going down at DM yet. 

A $20 Billion market to target for a 12 cent penny stock is certainly a special situation that should generate some interest, don't you think? 

They story just needs to be told, backed with DM's very real efforts and EDIG's PR machine...which is very quiet right now.

Give me a greatly improved annual year coupled with DM going live against some notable billion dollar infringers and watch the interest grow.
