We have no way of knowing at what point this goes high profile, if ever. However, ptsc made a very nice run as it was initially recognized as being real.

There is interest for those companies that can realize dollars from their patent assest base.

Tens or hundreds of millions to EDIG's bottom line would be a material event and create a paradigm shift in perception.

We saw the market react before, on the come, as it understands the potential, and now the real growth of the flash markets.

It won't matter that it took 8 years for EDIG to make its move. After all, the markets are much better understood and certainly measureable.

Just give us a handful of significant infringers and a first round settlement and the story will be worth telling.
