Message: We need eVU's......

John, I agree in part.

The basic problem with the eVU is the price; I don't see any future in selling this device to the leisure or healthcare as a result.

The health industry in general is getting more cost conscience as total costs are spiraling upward.

I even find it difficult to believe that the economics in the airline industry is favorable. At $10.00 or so each rental and a cost of $1k to 2k per unit they need many rentals to breakeven. This would also apply to the leisure and other industries.

There are many new products coming out from the CES, at much lower prices and can be designed to be comparable to the eVU. Some of the products are designed as carry on for any type of travel.

My wife just got her new Blackberry for $49.00...it has a camera; it has gps navigation, complete e-mail and web browsing and many other features.

I personally think it's up to DM to achieve success, that's our only way to attain profitability on a year to year basis.

I think they will be lucky to show a profit selling eVUs to the various airlines. Pretty difficult to sell $3-$4 million per quarter consistently because more harm would be done by showing profit for maybe 2 quarters, then showing a loss for the next few quarters.

Lastly, DM should have developed the master plan by now and begin filing multiple lawsuits.

If not, and we continue to show losses, the number of shares will rise to the 300 million level and continue the dilution which will impact our ability to show a acceptable EPS and the resulting share price.
