My hip is great considering what happened. Started to walk in 3 weeks without crutches. I could not keep still so I actually started to work out about week number 2 on stationary bike, push-ups and sit ups.
Now I am doing all the different gym work-out possible all stationaries ( bike, ellipticals, rowing...etc. ) and weights daily . But I am very anxious to get back on the bike (Mountain bike).
