I looked over the 30% rise in "SHORTS" reported by reuters between December 10, 07 and January 10, 08.

This is good news as far EDIG v. Vivitar is concerned. May be the Market is shorting the Pants off Syntax-Birillian because they have a positive view on what DM is doing for EDIG?...
