Look at what an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) did for PTSC's share price.

While not exactly in the context of the discussion about EDIG not mentioning company names, the concept is relevant.

(For those unfamiliar, PTSC agreed as part of the settlement against three LARGE Japanese corporations not to disclose the terms of the settlement last month. PTSC is down over 50% from its high after the news the case was 'settled' was disclosed.)

Let's hope DM does not agree to NDA's in our cases.
