I could understand not "embarrassing" them IF EDIG were looking for licensing revenue/contract going forward but EDIG supposedly wants a big one time payoff.  If that's the case, I say f___ discrection.  Yell it from the rooftops.  "I'm mad as HELL at these big, thieving companies AND I'm not going to take it anymore.  PAY ME!"
