It's called "Carrot Speak"....LMAO...and Putnam is the master.

Dangle...Dangle.... put the carrot in front of the horse and watch him run.

By the way, I've been averaging down for months now. I'm keeping a watch out for high volume days. Once we start getting 5 - 6 million shares a day trading...then I will start to get excited. We have a lot of float to eat up.
