Many of us have been lobbying for an ignore feature to keep from reading annoying posters. Here's a reply I received from George today:

Hey, xxxxx. I am writing to you from Vancouver. You will be happy to know the Ignore feature is now up on the testing server and will be uploaded to the site on Friday. Please let others know.
