thnx GF - Ya... I get a little off-the-wall, but bub its been nine years. Then we get the gonk's that come out of no where, ''trust me he knows'' - maybe he is another EE that knows the truth about microOS and can extrapolate somehow besides putting up a few flow charts with some assertions on the ebb-flow of our patents when we have nothing to compare it to... and mgmnt/dm seem mum on it to. Would it really hurt mgmnt to put up on web-site just why some of its aspects are vital to flash, and a more descriptive look at the evu as a whole.

How are we going to feel if the next filing/s comes out sealed.

As I said, with all our past partners and with whats transpiring here sure looks to me like there'd be more than one doni around to try n rationalize, rather know exactly why, the eVU and its patents are so great.  Sitting at .12 cents is a pretty good barrometer of what the world thinks. I'm sorry, i probably should have studied figures and opened a q/a on what he put up to get at the truth; but if you have no way of seeing what the other guys are doing imho it's a moot point.

btw-mrguru's/ss/doni are all A-OK.

Reason i used ebb flow on him and he got upset was it has to do with up/downs/highs/lows/large/small - as in we get built up company lets us down/larger-picture-mic-slots on devices vs his micro2nd-cache analogy/ etc., etc.,

Sometimes the attitude is the real disability - with us all.
