No one has implied that any calculated formula will determine the pps in the present stage.

The scenario I posted was based on a several year time frame and represented how the institutions will evaluate this stock in the future.

I have no idea how Frank came up with the $1.50 price in his discussion and why he thinks the price could go as high as $24.50, as he stated " We could possibly have another rise to $24.00 with a subsequent fall back."

A single settlement or added filings will result in some sort of a pop and as new settlements occur and generous amounts of cash come in, the emotional forces will become less and the standard criteria for measuring the future stock price will takeover.

People need to separate the current emotional market forces from the future as this company becomes more successful and stable with appropriate growth projections.
