I don't think you need a lawyer to understand that it appears Clark is saying his ex-partner, Bill Boyer, knew he was misrepresenting owning the technology.  That coming out of the APS camp is quite an indictment and makes a case maybe for digecor vs APS....in fact, he states that they needed to make it appear they owned it in order to sell the company.

AND, he makes it clear EDIG stated they would not give them, APS, ownership for the technology.

That was just released yesterday.  That's very good news from where I sit.
