I've not dismissed them.

However, IMO, many of the people holding this company, hold at high levels of entry and have tried to average down in the hopes of, at minimum, break even..

There are all kinds of circumstance, and they set the general mood of investing in this company.

The sentiments are out there.

The investing community is much smarter @ this point.
