Message: Will DM officially finalize the next round this quarter?

I don't think it's THAT big of a deal other than that they are supposed to conduct one. EDIG is a fully reporting company, unlike many of the "pinks" and otcbbs. I think it adds to their credibility and aids in shareholder knowledge of their investment. Although most do not attend, many choose to do so or can listen via a webcast.

In the good old days, when EDIG appeared to be sitting on the cusp of something big, which it was, although events did not follow projections, the energy of shareholders was bolstered by better understanding the technology, markets and management's commitment and vision. Had INTEL not backed away from going with commercial products or had Gateway gained a larger market share, or had e.Digital products found a unique niche, things may have turned out quite differently. However, all water under the bridge today as a result of portalplayer and Apple becoming the winner of that vision....which may or may not be a done deal...we will have to wait to see if they are on DM's infringer list.

Today we are where we are and that is the only reality. Again EDIG sits on the cusp of something that could dramatically change them and the way the investment community sees them.

EDIG is VERY close to becoming a profitable company. Add to that a string of infingement settlements and this .13 investment will be viewed as being drastically undervalued causing a demand that will drive the share price much higher.

After a two year stent at turning the company around, William Blakeley and company have much to share with shareholders on several fronts. To better understand where and how he is taking this company would be best communicated via a shareholders meeting.

They are planning one next quarter when we will have fiscal '08 numbers in the books and a better handle on the legal front.

It could be very enlightening.

BTW, do you have a first name?
