This is a "TELLING" Post as to what is happening at DM shop!...

And it answers the repeated questions by many here as to how come there is no NEWS from DM after almost a years of announcement of their entrence into this case?!

Any fool can give their $350 bucks, (or whatever the going rate is for a COMPLEX CASE at the Federal Court system these days), and file as many Law Suits as they wish...

It is WHAT YOU DO AFTER YOU FILE THE CASE, that distinguishes the Great from the ordinary.

DM is taking the EDIG case VERY VERY SERIOUSLY. They are restuctring their Law Firm to be ready for ALL contingenies by enticing the best of the best to join up...

A law suit is like a Jigsaw Puzzle and a Chess Game. Like a Chess Game a good lawyer has to anticipate all the "Moves" from the "Opening Statement" to the Supreme Court of United States. The difference between a "good lawyer" and the "GREAT SUCCESSFUL LAW FIRMS" is that they have the where-with-al, (machines, computers, lawyers, investigators, experts, etc.) to carry through complex litigations such EDIG case...
