Now back to DM EXPANSION THREE FOLDS...

Law suits like the one EDIG dropped at DM's LAP do not happen every day. They are an Earth shaking event in the life of a Law fim. They are like someone walking into a lawyers office and giving them a TREASURE MAP that only has the coordinates of the sunken treasure in PACIFIC OCEAN...

First thing you do, is spend time evaluating the case. DM did that. They took almost a year to decide to take up the EDIG challange...

Next thing is to get all the pieces together, (get the personnel, and what is needed), through RAIDS, MERGERS, or whatever it takes to be able to deliver on the case...

DM made $ 350 MILLIION as a 200+ law firm before EDIG. Now they are 650 lawyers. Guess what? They expect to make $ BILLIONS in fees...

COME ON BILL!? It is disngenuous to say that this HUGE expansion is a mere RAID of getting a $2 million dollar rain maker to come over to their firm. DM has expanded three fold in a little over a year because they see a $20 Billion Flash Market that is ever expanding a great TARGET for making Billions if CONTINGENCY FEES...

This is very similar to the ASBESTOS LITIGATION OF THE 80's.

One day a guy walked into my office and was spitting blood. He had just retired after 30 years of working for Diamond Match Company. I could have fiiled a law suit for him and after 2-3 years probably get him some money, if he was still alive. Instead I refered him to a bigger law firm. There was a meeting, and the case was sent to medical experts and evaluated for ASBESTOSIS...

I did not join the law firm. They filed the law suit, and in time there was few more mergers along the way, and the matter became a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. At the end there was $14 billion dollar settlement in the ASBESTOSIS law suits against the INDUSTRY...

Logic commands that the tripling of the LAW FIRM by DM is not a mere RAID of CLASS ACTS like Mr. OLSON. They are getting ready to cash in on their TREASURE MAP that was handed to them by EDIG. I certainly think it highly unlikley that DM woke up one day and said OK. lets raid 400+ more lawyers next year. They have a PLAN for making a whole lot of money, and there is nothing in their PORTFOLIO that justifies such a rapaid expansion except EDIG...
