A great coach does things a little different.

A couple of years ago Coach Emery was approched by a young man who was from Veitnam and wanted to be on the swim team.

Only draw back was the kid did not know how to swim.."not a problem" was Phil's response....I do not know how he did this year, but last year he took a second or third in a short event.
