Looking at the terms from creditors, I strongly suspect BRLC will be in bankrupsy soon. My view has been that DM chose a relatively weak company (Vivatar) to sue in order to increase their chances of getting a forvarable Markman ruling before going after the big targets. What happens if Vivatar is in bankrupsy via BRLC?
