This is what I said about the employee count and the revenue related to DM, that specific data came from another poster.

.......................................

"Big bucks........You got that right.

Here are the future facts and why DM took our case to heart.

Duane Morris went from a little more than 200 lawyers then to more than 650 now. Soroko, 56, said the firm was well-known in the mid-Atlantic area in 1998, but now has offices across the country and in London, Singapore and Vietnam. Revenues have increased in the last 10 years from $70 million to $375 million for 2007.

A reasonable assumption........

They win approximately half of the 174+ identified infringers, or 100.

The average settlement is 10 million, half to DM and half to edig, rounded values after expenses.

!00 wins X 5 mil = 500 million net compared to their 2007 revenues of 375 million.

If they win all of the lawsuits and if the average is greater than 10 mil, then do the math, 1 billion plus.

And that is why they are representing edig, the opportunity to achieve great financial success in their industry."
