(1) WE all know the company has told us Nanully has identified at least174 "Infringers" of the EDIG patents...

(2) WE also know that DM, after taking a year to evaluate the claims of EDIG, has accepted representing EDIG on a CONTINGENCY basis and will advance all costs of handling the case...

(3)  WE also know, that DM has filed a law suit against VIVITAR for almost 11 months, naminmg them as one of the infringers...

(4)  WE also know that DM has expanded their law practice from 200 attorneys to a 650 attorney law firm with offices globally since EDIG became their client...

(5)  Now we see admissions by potentional infringers, coming out of the wood works that MOS has been the "Driving force" behind their technology and/or products. This a "defense" against triple damages that they are building...
