I appreciate your realistic views. Until something concrete is announced by either edig or DM one would have to be grounded.

I would like to know if you have discussed edig/ DM patent lawsuit situation (potential) with any patent attorney or the likes (other legal professionals)? I would like very much to hear your opinions about what goes on in the background. What timeframes for an attorney firm like DM is for an edig like suit? What is the strategy for DM eDigital/Vivitar suit? I realize this might have been discussed in the past, but I appreciate any information you are willing to share.

I would like your opinion on what is going on with DM as to edig patent play. I would think something about edig patents has to keep the interest of DM. Why is DM so interested in edig patents? I know that sounds like I am not following edig, but I mean why would DM take on edig case, obiviously there is enough interest and Pat Nunally and edig convinced DM of their potential.

Anyway appreciate your feedback. I hope I was somewhat clear about why the lack of news in regards to current lack of news on the suits.
