Monthly rotation..... 26MM shares bought and only 62k shares sold...

I can understand that possibly this accounts for the recent 'dilution' (and the resulting market absorbtion) BUT if only 62k shares have been sold, what does that say for the strength of the shareholders... not wanting to sell at these prices?
