Wow!!!

What the hell is going on?

Why would anyone feel committed to such a thing?

Since e.Digital has come out with their particular offerings, which are not totally software driven, the industry at large have made such unbelievable swings,  that, they seem to be pointed right at e.Digital..lol. The twists and turns are just amazing.

"Supported by the Free Software Foundation, the Public Patent Foundation, and the Software Freedom Law Center, the End Software Patents (ESP)"

 If they successfully lobby this effort through.....the industry at large will be worth nothing. Software patents combined with hardware patents drive enterprise....What are they saying, "We do not appreciate enterprise?"

 Every day I roll out of bed, wondering what the next news will be that I must digest. It's getting sickening. 

 All one can do with this investment,  is hang on and see what happens.

 For it's not about software in particular, it's about a new method to organize raw data within a serial environment.
