Sub-prime is about 7% of the mortgage market and not all are in default....while 93% are still paying their mortgages in a timely manner.

Yesterday's report still shows growth, although it has contracted...not the recession yet.

All the more reason to be happy DM continues to near its next round.

Just hope they don't raise taxes as a result of the election process or watch the horns be pulled in even further as growth will diminish rapidly.
