I got stung trying to trade BRLC a couple of weeks ago. I quickly recognized the plot and cut my loses. I have been in similar situations a couple of times before with Conseco and Mirant. The creditors and the shorts (hedge funds) will force bankrupsy, wipe out the common shares and reorganize the company. Vivitar will be sold to raise cash. IMHO
