Perhaps they have an interest in simple discrete data segment manipulation for video and audio.

I pointed out a long time back...that the editing of audio that e.Digital is capable of for it's voice recorder platform, could also be done with video.

 With that, they might like the manner that the video and audio are brought together....IMO, it's not your typical .avi basket video/audio file arrangement.

 This was @ the center of friction over the Wencor and e.Digital development agreement.
