I believe you are vested in ptsc as well, correct? But in ptsc situation there is a USPTO re-exam of some sort regarding the patents 336, 148, and 584. 

My point, even if the Markman ruled in favor of edig, could  not the defendant go after the validity of the patents?

Although I believe in edig's patent are solid, they could prolong  the outcome.

Is my understanding correct?
