I posted the following excerpt and comment a few day's ago.
Fiscal quarter 3 results dated February 14, 2008
"Also, our intellectual property team is working to finalize the detailed legal and technical documentation necessary to support additional Flash-R™ patent portfolio enforcement actions against a group of companies who have over $20 billion in annual U.S. revenues derived from what we believe are infringing products.”
I would interpret this to represent the latest calendar/fiscal year revenues of the seven companies identified in the lawsuit recently filed.
Added comment:
If we see the latest lawsuit basically representing the camera market, then by adding the cell phone and other markets we can conclude the total lawsuits would account for a much greater amount, perhaps 50 billion, or even 100-200 billion or more including present and past revenues.
