For the puposes of this discussion, the point was about timing, not quality.

As for EDIG's timing, I believe Frank's comment about a 12-18 month window if we have to sit through hired guns blazzin' away at poor little ole EDIG. I certainly that's the way they see it in Marshall. I even hope there is a way to get the fact that EDIG signed away their patents just to pay for to protect them. In my book, that's compelling. DM should be able to handle the manipulated facts to our advantage.

If we can't get a little David vs. Goliath into the negotiation, what good are they anyway. lol

Hmm...maybe if we can get Fred to sit in the courtroom, very well dressedas he usually is, and cry every time a mean ole copy cat says something nasty about EDIG.....be prepared, the arrows will come our way; as will the artilery and even a nuke or two. I fully expect it and if it doesn't happen, I'll just have to have a drink or two.

Of course, even if it does happen, I'll just have to have a drink or two.
