Oops, one more thing. If you want a good read, check out Ken Clark's affidavit (digEcor_Doc100). Clark used to be an APS employee and worked side by side with Bill Boyer. He flat out swears under oath that Boyer was lying and fraudulently misrepresenting to companies that APS owned the IP in the digEplayer. LOL

Clark also swears under oath that,

  • APS never created or shared in creating any specifications, diagrams, schematics, parts list, logic flow charts, software, firmware or any technical know-how or documentation related to the digEplayer. At best Boyer had a rough idea of the practical size of a portable player for use on an airline.

  • Boyer's initial design was never used by APS or e.Digital in any product.

Ouch BOW...Clark's affidavit is gonna leave a mark.
