NO.....I hate to sound like a broken record but our embedded system is with the eVu, not the Digeplayer. A Federal judge, as you know, has already ruled the eVu to be different product and legally OK for EDig to go ahead with its business using that product.

I hope I am stating the facts as read and there are not other "legalities" I do not know that would negate what I have said to prove me wrong, but if there are I will have been further educated.
