So they put a risk analysis on it didn't they ?
They had to assume VARIABLES didn't they ?
at 50/50 or 60/40 or 70% i won't touch it under those terms !
For me i think it would have to be above 90% to go at it on contingency basis .
You don't have an opion of a % that you would be comfortable taking on the case under those terms ?
