OK guys one more point and I'll shut up. I don't understand how anyone can think we sold our patents or IP outright to Wencor for $25,000. It's absolutely absurd to me. digEcor Document 65, page 2, second paragraph has this sentence,
"The DRM Agreement granted Plaintiff an unrestricted license, upon payment of $25,000, to use the DRM technology for Plaintiff’s digEplayer in the aircraft industry."
How anyone could construe this to mean EDIG sold their patents to Wencor for $25,000 is beyond me. We licensed them the unlimited use of our IP, to be used in as many digEplayers as they could produce/sell, for a payment of $25,000. Period. And guess what BOW...you can only use our IP in the aircraft industry per the DRM Agreement. Not healthcare, not travel & leisure, not military applications, not anything but the aircraft industry. So be very careful what IP you're using in your products...EDIG's watching.
Going to take a nap...got a whopper of a headache after all this research. LOL
