``Why not own it?`` Because, other than IFE, it doesn`t seem to be a good ``fit`` with Wencor`s customary business activity. However, if IFE (and other digE venue) business was going really, really good - who knows? I does seem to me that if Wencor had dreams of going public, they would have done that before now. But throwing you`re ``buy out EDIG`` scenario into play, the move would make alot more sense. But then, what would happen to EDIG`s other endeavors (that hold promise)? Would Wencor be interested in pursuing those? And the digE has already been engineered, so there would be little need (IMO) for their ongoing engineering expertise. It would just amount to elementing a middle man in the supply line. But, they did act to eliminate a middle man in the sales path (APS). Interesting thoughts....and one would think that if Wencor had such thoughts, they`d be acting on them very soon in order to capitalize to the greatest extent. I don`t think they could do it fast enough!
