BOW has thrown his "poop" against the wall for a long time now, well before DM came on the scene to pursue EDig's IP infringers. Since BOW is essentially suing EDig saying it owns EDig MOS, it's IP, it makes sense that DM would know about that, taken it into consideration and has chosen to proceed with EDig as a client.

To me that speaks volumes about what DM thinks about BOW's lawsuit and how worried they are about it. It says to me that EDig is in pretty good shape for January in UTah if it gets there.

I don't think DM would be quite so agressive if it felt in January EDig would lose its IP to Wencor, the very reason for all action going on now.
