I'm in total agreement. This stinks of another Exxon. People should do jail time. Enough with prosecuting the corporation. You can't put a corporation in jail. Guilty verdicts are easy victories for prosecutors. They're "throw away" pawns in plea agreements. Find a way to pierce the corporate veil and bring the principals to the dock. Now that takes some lawyering.

It's better if the corporation survives, if at all possible, for the sake of the employees and the shareholders.
