2) A Markman Ruling in VIVITAR is Stare Decisis in other cases on issue of Validity of EDIG calims. Thus there would be no basis for having Markman Hearings in the E-7. The only issue left would be "DAMAGES" which would facilitate "Settlements" through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, etc...

3) Is EDIG in a better position than "P" company?...YES...

4) SGE is "All-In" in the "P" company. Guess he lost interest here.?!
