An e-mail I sent to RP last week:
Fiscal quarter 3 results dated February 14, 2008
"Also, our intellectual property team is working to finalize the detailed legal and technical documentation necessary to support additional Flash-R™ patent portfolio enforcement actions against a group of companies who have over $20 billion in annual U.S. revenues derived from what we believe are infringing products.”
I would interpret this to represent the latest calendar/fiscal year revenues of the seven companies identified in the lawsuit recently filed.
Am I corrent?
If so, then the total market for the 174 companies identified is considerably greater than the amount of 20 billion. Correct?
Richard
The answer received from RP:
"Just the companies named to date plus two more expected to be added soon."
